EERA's four proposed options are:

a) EERA option 1 - 3,600 maximum new homes each year (as suggested by the Cambridgeshire local authorities)

b) EERA option 2 - 4560 new homes each year to meet housing needs.
(This means 3,600 around the county and an additional 960 in Huntingdonshire)

c) EERA option 3 - 4560 new homes each year to meet housing needs and economic growth. (This means 3,600 around the county and an additional 960 in Cambridge, East Cambs and Huntingdonshire)

d) EERA option 4 - 4350 new homes each year to match changes in how people are living e.g. more single occupant households. (This means 3,600 around the county and an additional 750 in the North, East Cambs, Fenland and Huntingdonshire)
